When you book there is a deposit of 30%. With this your booking is confimed. The rest of the money has to be paid 5 weeks before arrival.

Yes, bedlinen is supplied. Even towels are in the villa available.

Yes every villa has sunloungers available depening on the amount of people staying.

Depending on the luxury of the villa, the damage deposit is around 300 euros. With the booking of the villa the damage deposit will be included. On departure of the villa the damage deposit will be returned on your bank account within 8 days.

You will get on the final booking also the mobile phone of the bookingsagent, so you are able to contact him/her. We are pleased to answer questions about the surroundings, routes and restaurants.

Depending on your villa, please ask if the property owner allows a pet. Normally 1 pet shouldn't be a problem.

Villas are booked from 2pm on your arrival day to 9.30 am on your departure day. It takes some time to thoroughly clean a villa.
